Start/Distance: Llandaf North Bridge 10.00 am, 43.5 miles – approx. 5 hours

SATURDAY 30th July: Elan Valley
Start/Distance: Elan Valley visitor centre at 10.00am, 52 miles, Free parking is available, just before the visitor center, turn left over a bridge and there is plenty of free parking at the side of a river
Route/GPX download: Head out from visitor center, follow the road going past all the dams, with good views. Then follow a valley to the Devils Bridge for lunch, after lunch we go to Llangurig and then to Rhayader via a quiet back road. I am starting this ride on Saturday, as I intend camping on the Saturday night, returning Sunday Anyone wishing to camp, the campsite is Elan Valley Camping, just up the road from the Visitor center. If anyone is interested in camping I would advise booking early, as it is a popular site.

Start/Distance: 10.00 am Abergavenny (location tbc) Approx. 40 miles.

Terrain/Ride Category: Moderate Mixed terrain best suited to hybrids, gravel bikes or tourers especially along the canal.
